I took off my front bumper in order to get the front emblem off to black it out. I stupidly drove with the bumper off and wrecked the passenger side pigtail connector. I want to know if anyone has the wiring diagram or anything that would have useful help to me as how to fix it. I took it to the dealer and they want to replace the entire wiring harness (cz6z14290).

I would solder the wires back. Took my dealer over 6 months to get the front harness . I had the shift sys fault and was due to the 40 pin plug under the front left bumper that had some corroded pins .

Just solder the wires back, it's faster than ordering a new one

The issue with that is not knowing which black wire goes to which pin. There are 6 or 7 plain black wires surely they all have a different purpose so putting them in the wrong slot on the connector would cause issues. Or at least that’s what I’d assume. That’s why I was hoping to see the wiring diagram to see if those black wires have specific purposes or if they are all just grounds.

Use a multimeter and check the black wires to see if they are ground. If so, it won't matter which one goes where.

I waited 4 months for a front bumper harness. The dealer held my truck there the whole time as unsafe to drive without there parking sensors working. It was 3 days old. Order the harness and don't do dumb things again.

FYI: The dealer hired a wiring specialist for $400 that came three times in a month attempting you repair my harness and each time it failed to calibrate the sensors upon reassembly. I paid the $400 fee but the dealership management refunded it after the body shop manager resigned.

I'm sorry that my phone spell check is on Crack and I just woke up for work so I'm groggy. My harness was marked up from $137 to $165. I waited from Feb 13th to June 26th.

Good luck!

That one heck of an expensive harness, whew. $$$ Hope you get it all worked out ok and without future issues. That will be a reminder for me to let the emblems and all alone and be happy.

Looks like Connector C130 for 25/26 Mavericks is the one damaged.

Circuits that run thru C130 are Front Parking Aid Sensors, AAT, Fog Lamps, Front Parking Aid Camera, Side Marker Lamps, etc. There isn't one diagram that shows all the circuits. Pin Out has them but not all are labeled.

You have to hunt down circuits in the modules to match the wires up to C130's pins.
While I had online access yesterday, looked up a couple of the circuits:

Based on the wiring diagram, all the wires just go back into their respective holes. Match up one side to the Other. Bam your done.

Looks like you will need the correct de-pinning tool to remove the connector ends and reattach or replace the connectors and reinsert. fix one wire at a time and all should be good. Good luck.
