That is disappointing. Can I ask what was the issue is and if your still driving it? Any information from your display or the Ford app?
Any new vehicle could have this problem and its not reassuring to be driving the one that does. Ford Motor may be based in the United States but the Maverick in reality is an import.

Since I have 500+ miles on mine I'm anxious to know what you are experiencing.
3k on mine and no issues so far. Running like a champ!

Hell, I didn't even get to 600 miles, after waiting 327 days. I'm beginning to think the Mav was a bad idea .

I'm just venting, frustrated. Tomorrow makes one month since I picked up my truck:

Week one: Windshield chip at Day four of ownership
Week two: Paint chip when tailgate assist failed miserably
Week three: Flat tire on terrible Contis, dealer installed WRONG replacement tires and when they installed correct one, they damaged a rim
Week four: Check engine light, EGR issue, can't get dealer to call me back about it
Week five: Returning to dealer for them to repair their own rim damage
Week six or seven maybe: Getting EGR valve replaced?

I haven't had a flawless, trouble-free week of ownership yet. Like I said, just immensely frustrated. At least it's still driveable, there's that I guess.....:(

Oh, I fully understand where you're coming from. I just know that if anyone says anything bad about the Maverick many on here will start lobbing insults
