Clock stuck after changing to DST?

I manually changed the hour after DST and now the clock is stuck at the time? (9:43 PM). Did anyone else have this issue? been driving for couple of days with the time stuck at 9:43 PM

Several posts - from the beginning actually - of the clock getting stuck, changing to some random time, immediately not taking your setting change, reverting back, ect.

Just correct it again.
May have to yet again.
Then it'll stick for awhile.

Would have been smart to have an auto-setting that just used the cell tower time/TZ like phones do.
