Anyone want to share their method of cleaning the all weather floor mats? Soap and water seems to still leave them dingy looking when they dry
Looking for recommendations from the group

I take them out at the car wash (if I remember) and spray them down with water, then I toss them in the bed to dry. But I have a feeling you want to know tips and tricks from people that take better care of their stuff. 😉

I want to know which ones look the best after taking the time to wash them. (Not to disrupt responses to the OP).

Same as everyone else, blast it with the pressure washer. Soap as needed, just don't get to close, you can deform (melt) the rubber.

I have had several sets of Husky and Weathertech and assume the OEM all-weather mats are similar material. I use a spray wheel/tire cleaner on them and then give them a quick scrub with a stiff bristle tire brush. Takes a few minutes and they look new. Every time.

They are rubber. Spray them off with a hose, let them dry, reinstall, let them get dirty again. 👍

Find a better carwash that also does the interior. They pressure-wash with soap and them water and reinstall them.

After a quick hose & soap wash, I dry them and then hit them with a quick wipe with Meguiars Quik Detailer and they look like new. They don't get slick like ArmorAll would make them.

Same, any of the interior detailers should restore the dark color and get rid of the dried out look without making them slick. Would not recommend tire shine, especially for the driver side mat.

Easy!! Buy this stuff and a stiff brush!

Before my truck came in, I wanted to clean my Fusion Energi as it was being sold (worth A LOT more than the buyout when I bought my lease) and wanted to clean it. The mats looks brand new afterwards!

Hard to see here, but I went to the self serve car wash. Drove up to a booth, took each mat and hung it on each clip that's mounted to the wall. Sprayed them with the cleaner and scrubbed with a stiff tire brush, then turned on the gun (my local wash, you can start the gun with as little as .25¢). They came out looking almost brand new.

Can't recommend this stuff enough. I used it for the entire interior. Just sprayed it, sprayed a little on a detail brush, swirled it around to lather it up, then wiped the entire dash, center console, etc. I'm so impressed with the product. 👍

Smart Liner. Made from a material that cleans up well with any type of spray cleaner. They will look new again after cleaning.
