Got my maverick over the weekend and when I figured out the TPMS system it was at 42psi!!!! Door sticker says to be at 35psi.

That also helped the hood flutter. Had to realign the hood (4bolts) as it was off.

Thank your dealer for their "excellent" pre delivery inspection. (sarcasm tone on "excellent")

Does the Maverick tire pressure monitor system display the individual tire pressures, or does it just have a low pressure light?

I have the Lariat trim so it gives me individual tire pressures (truck and app)

Mine were all 45 psi when I got it. I've been lowering them bit by bit to get them down to spec.

I let mine out all at once and did not set off the system. Not like the dodge ones....

I just didn't want to go too far and have to drag out the compressor 😅

Can add more to your statement "had to realign the hood (4bolts) as it was off"? How did you determine it was off and was realigning easy to do by yourself? Thanks

Hood did not line up with the front quarter panels. Screws on the hinges where already missing paint so looked like it was adjusted once before.

I read somewhere that manufacturers overinflate tires because things go better in shipping. The dealer is supposed to adjust tires when they arrive.

If the dealer didn't check pressure during prep they probably didn't do much else it may be worth checking lug nut torque also. I know Bronco Sport and Escape have had complaints of none being equal or at torque. I just recently checked my mothers 21 Escape that should have been 100ftlbs highest was 88 some were as low as 70.
