+1 for another purchase. ~$23 after shipping for me. I am really only interested in the HomeLink function, but this is a nice, complete package. Will be watching this thread with baited breath...

Can anyone who already has their maverick confirm that:

1) the dome light DOES stay on after ignition off

2) the dome Light turns itsel a period of time

3) number 2 above also happens if you switch it on manually and not just for courtesy/door open mode.

If all three are true then tapping into that is perfect. I would believe they are.

Yep, mine just got canceled too. I ordered another from quirkparts, if that does not work I think I wont bother to pursue this anymore.
