Cancellation of refunds

I received this email from a Ford dealership that I did not put a deposit on my Maverick. Just want every aware of what may be potentially going on.

The person that wrote the "Ford Reservation refund" either has English as a second language or didn't get past the third grade in school. Are you sure this came from the dealer?

I made a deposit with the dealership. They did have a six-month refund rider on it but that wouldn't hit until March 16 (even after the refund, the order would still be mine, I would just no longer have the deposit applied to the final price, for obvious reasons).

I ordered my Maverick with Sunland Ford. I only inquired with this dealership. I don’t even know how I am on the list to receive this email.

I thought the same thing. I did not know Ford was even involved with deposits.

only 6 months? They have had my depost since July 2021
