Just an FYI for those who don't have it.... Ford has set up a Ford.ca VIN tracking site. I was tracking my VIN on the US site, but now it re-directs to here;
https://shop.ford.ca/vehicleordertracking

Note that has not yet worked for me... even the US one was flaky (sometimes I'd get info back, sometimes not).

wow seems you got your order much quicker than so many others on here. I wonder if it's because it's 2.0 Eco boost engine without the constraints. I'm trying to project if I would get one built by Dec 2022 if I put an order in now from Southern Ontario Canada for XLT, 2.0 gas engine, 4K tow, FX4.

I don’t know, I actually came across the truck by calling every ford dealership on the island after my local dealership said I would be lucky to see any truck I order in under a year, just so happened that i managed to find the FE, I wanted a hybrid but as I travel 200 km a day to and from work (all highway) probably won’t be that different on gas

Steve, congrats on the truck. It was Kelly's Ford that I first saw and drove the Maverick back in October and I then ordered a hybrid in November from Cabot Ford Lincoln. My question to you is: Did you get the link to work at all? It hasn't worked for me.

It works about every two days for me
I have only seen one in passing , wasn’t any trucks around to test drive,
kellys is actually about 3 hours from me

Must be nice..I ordered in September and It is still in production. Mine is just an XL

I ordered in June 2021! Mine was an XL as well, I think the Spray in bedliner may have held it up until now.

It was showing "in production" for a couple weeks, then last week got an actual date assigned & was built the next day... now waiting on shipping.

My dealer has been great. Funny thing was when I ordered it in June, he predicted February delivery (which I thought was nuts at the time). He wasn't far off....

I just went on the Ford As Built Website, entered my VIN number and country and a pile of PCM & BCE codes came up for that VIN. Which means it has been built and the computers etc are alive. Now to find a way to see where it is.

If you do the order tracker website, it should indicate when its shipped.

Ive read the dealer should be able to get you rail car info or give you status updates on the shipment, but mine has been completely and utterly useless so Im not sure if thats true for Canadians.

guess it depends on the dealer. My dealer gave me the railcar number and was a bit surprised that it could be tracked. My XLT hybrid should arrive in the next few weeks.

Mine was built 3/3,so hoping mine is here soon too (GTA).

Mine was also built 03/03. Current ETA according to the tracker is Apr 2 to Apr 12. Dealer said one system said Apr 3 (Sunday?) and another said Apr 12th. I guess delivery day is somewhere in between. Lol

As for rail shipping, it was Union Pacific Railroad. I called the automated system and what you get back is somewhat cryptic. The automated voice says, "Shipped 21/03, release to industry 23/03....". I guess that means it has arrived in the rail yard today and will be available for convoy to dealership on Mar 23rd?

Very interesting! Hopefully its on the sooner end of the spectrum. Im pretty pleased with the timing of our deliveries as it seems to be just after winter, so less salt exposure plus no need to grab winters right away.

That voice is definitely cryptic and a head scratcher lol.

Tried the tracking link again and it is now telling me that my order # or my VIN # is invalid. What the hell!! I used the VIN# last night on the Ford as-built web page and my vehicle is built.
