Nice, that was super fast. Seems like there is a train headed towards the Toronto ramp every day or two. Based on previous deliveries here, it seems to take weeks to fill a railcar to Vancouver - and Ford chat confirmed over the weekend that my ETA is (currently) end of March.

Hi, Just sent me dealer an email to ask for an update. I really wasn't expecting a built and delivery until April so this will be a nice surprise. The winter tires will wait until next fall. Dealer just sent me an email. My Maverick is in AZ and scheduled to arrive in ON on Mar 8th. Not sure how AZ to ON takes a month

I just talked to Ford chat. They said, " I do see that your Maverick is awaiting shipment, you're right, and the date that we have is that they expect it to begin transit by March 12th in the latest. Once it's in transit, the Ford.ca tracker will update with a final ETA for delivery to the dealership. "

Mine was built Dec. 2nd. So if I happen to wait until 'in the latest', that'll be a 3.5 month wait between built date and shipped.

Would be interesting to see sales volume by province, but based on previous deliveries, it really does look like there is a railcar headed to Toronto every week or so, Vancouver once a month, and unfortunately for points in between, not that often.

I guess it makes sense by volume, and if they are also shuttling parts and stuff between plants and suppliers in MI and ON.

Tremor shipped to Vancouver over the weekend!

The estimated delivery is somewhere from 3/21 to 4/4 but unless something unexpected happens, I'm going to guess 4-5 weeks or the lower end of that based on past deliveries. My dealer is just a few minutes down the road from the rail ramp.

No luck yet getting more tracking info from my dealer or customer service.

My Maverick is in AZ with an estimate of 4 weeks to ship to Brampton, near Toronto. Can't explain why it takes 4 weeks from a shipping site in the US

I think it's mostly sitting around in rail yards as they shunt cars, and then sitting at the ramp waiting for a truck carrier to load it. With that said, a bunch of MTCers in TO had theirs get to dealer in about 3 weeks even, so you might get an earlier delivery!

If you look at my sig, you'll see about two months to go from VIN issued into the production process. But if you have a VIN your dealer should also have a "scheduled to week" date because they are issued simultaneously. Right now those weeks are fairly accurate, much more so than they used to be.

My wait is over, after 10 months, watching my ‘built’ status daily for 6 weeks and 3 weeks of shipping (estimate was 5) picked up Friday from dealer. Time to move on to the mod threads!
Woohoo! Congratulations on the delivery of your new Maverick. :)

No rhyme or reason for who and when deliveries are scheduled. I was built 01/12/23 and still waiting for shipping. Victoria BC. Can’t see why at the very least mine would be on the same train as yours considering it was built a month before. Was scheduled for production back in the beginning of Sept until rolled over to 2023. Never seen such a cluster f%#$ with any other purchase in my 60 years.

Thats a ridiculous wait. I was scrolling up the thread earlier and was wondering if your truck might be on the same train.

In my research, I found that there are actually two ramps in Vancouver - one served by CP and one by Southern Rail BC. The latter works with BC Ferries to do a marine rail link to points onward.

I have seen Mavericks go to both ramp codes and am wondering if there are two separate routes headed here - one for cars terminating in Vancouver (CP) and another that runs even less frequently to other parts of BC served by SRBC.

That’s the only logical reason I can think of.

The destination rail code on my window sticker is RA8B. When I google it it says New Westminster/820 Dock Road Annacis Island Delta. Wonder if yours is the same?
