Canada order banks and private offers?

Just got the call from my dealer, he said order banks opened up today and he's going to run the pricing and email me all the details so I can sign off on it.

@kevram can you expand a bit on this? My salesguy (also Parkway Ford) didn't mention a $1500 price certificate. Called him back and left a message lol

So I just go off the phone with Matt (Sales Manager at Parkway Ford) He has place the order for my 2023. He said that they have all the certificates. but i will no reflect on he build sheet. it is applied on the bill of sale from the dealership

Just got off the phone with Matt. I ordered my 2022 back in February (on the 24th). Apparently I missed a cut-off date by a few days. Anyone who ordered before mid-February 2022 is getting the $1500 discount.

I do have an 'XPlan' discount through a professional organization, so I will still get a discount but I don't get the 2022 price certificate.

that's a bit if a crock. I was feb 4th and i got it. i ordered knowing it would be tail end 2022 but ya they sold me a truck. they sold u a 2022, so that cutoff i would be calling up ford and complaining.

Yeah can't hurt to ask the question i guess... They very well might tell me to pound sand lol. I'll give it a shot and report back.

Can anyone confirm 100% if we are supposed to receive an email from Ford after placing an order? For some reason I don't feel settled about my order is 'in processing' vs. confirmed.

I didn't get an order confirmation email (like the american's mentioned) but I'm just going to call Ford tomorrow to ask about the order confirmation and to complain about the $1500 price certificate that wasn't offered to me. I'll report back in!

I’m pretty sure none of last year’s orders got an email, and neither did Bronco buyers. Just don’t think it’s something that Ford Canada does.

At least they found your order in processing - mine doesn’t even come up in the system. Will check again tomorrow.

do u have papers from the dealership that says u had one on order ??? if so may be worth showing ford. As even though its a dealer it looks bad on them if they don't honor what u put a deposit on. May have to try the ford chat or something.

Called Ford this morning and they can see my order in the system is 'in processing' so it should be completed in the next production run... woohoo!

RE: the $1500 price certificate, the agent I spoke to didn't seem very knowledgeable - they said to look at the website, that I would've gotten an email, ask my dealer blah blah. I explained the list comes from Ford Canada but they ended the call with saying that my dealer has a contact directly with Ford Canada that I can reach out to and to ask my dealer for that person's information.

Next plan is to chat with the dealership and see if they have that info, but I'm also going to try the chat feature on the website to see if I get a more knowledgeable agent.

ya i signed papers and stuff. but asked for as copy of the summery doc i see on here and the dealer not sent it yet. but its suppose to be in idea. it better be.
