First off sorry around the truck and house. hope all going way better now.
So separated in 2021, moved 6 hrs away from where I was (ex did to as kids and 50/50) and such. once I was set up in my new place I started to look at what the hell I wanted to do from here in my life. old plans where...
no issues. xlt awd fx4 and ya it works fine. stock tires work well in the snow. Canadian here so ya snow is normal here. I will end up with snow tires at some point but still.
available don't mean cheep . they had a xlt in used last fall . not even a week but also had markup. I could have got it but chose to keep waiting and happy i did.
First mid to my truck, set of weather mats. Got the OEM ones as hey 40k ford points so hey. Fit great and I really do like these. Have had weqthertech and such in the past, but ya there seam as good as those. And yes snowing while I installed after kids in bed lol 🤣
i was at ford the other day and asked about covers. ya cost to high. But asked about soft vs hard tri fold and the guy said he likes soft better as the hard ones there is a layer in-between the 2 plates and those layers can get water logged over time. I assume he is talking about the ford owm...

there isd a local place for Rhino liner here and ya from my research, if the shop uses the hot spray method its great. the old method of a cold spray was not as good as the linux as they always used hot spray. but ya if hot then its all good. and Rhino is not as rough on the knees lol.
picked up the truck , came home , did a quick meeting then took a drive with the Newfie. he enjoyed the ride. but now the car seats and booster seat are in there. but hey
I know the forum has a bunch of sponsors but they look to be all US based. Wanted to know if there is some good recommended Canadian sites for ordering accessories like mud flaps and Tonneau Covers.
i sat yesterday and picked one. they brought out a sheet with different options. o look a 6 year option for 2100 vs the 5 year 2350$ for 100k. i don't commute to work so odds are 80k 6 years is not happening but hey worst case i hit 80k in 5 years i still got 5 year cheaper lol. but the prices...
took a flipping year but got mine. 2022 became a 2023 lol best part, my daughter helped me pick the colour so hope she likes it still. she use to say her favorite colour was orange, its now pink lol. went got a drive and the Wookie, I mean newfie dog enjoyed the new truck as well.
so got mine the week. so ordered Feb 5th 2022, reordered a 2023 when Canadian order banks opened. Truck build dec 15th. It arrived here in Cornwall Monday evening and i brought it home Feb 2nd. so 3 days less then a full year to get the truck. but hey its here now moahahhaha
picked up,. sat down and we went over the stuff. they had more packages and price points. ended up doing a 6 year 80k km one for 2100 bucks. work from home so lower km's overall so got to cut cost and get longer warranty idea. so that was nice find. but ya the part about there are many...
