Cactus grey vs space white

I may have to part with my cactus grey 2024 and unfortunately it looks like space white is the closest option for 2025. I haven’t been able to compare them side by side and would appreciate opinions from others who have been able to compare them. Azure grey would be my next choice. Bummed that cactus is no longer available because I like the way it changes tones in different lighting.

Space white is a really light silver and doesn't have much or any character. Since you like the cactus grey why dont you look at the Eruption Green? I'm not a fan of green tbh but its really nice. Pictures look good but in person its even better.

I got space white and honestly it's "whatever" but that's the whole reason I chose it over my favorite color red. If i had that Ruby Red I'd be treating it like a luxury vehicle. Had to avoid that at all cost.

Haven't seen a Space White Maverick so can't help with your question but I have owned 2 CG Mavericks, 1 Area 51 and now a Desert Sand Maverick and I like pastel colors so don't miss the CG even though it was a color I really liked. Color is a always personal choice so good luck.

I have a Space White Maverick and like the color. It does have some small metallic in the paint that you can see in the sunlight. I come from an Oxford White Maverick and like the SW much more

Have had bright, bold colors before and I get tired of looking at them after a while. Have space white now and like it very much. Parked next to a white vehicle it looks light gray and to my mind it's right between white and cactus gray. One thing I really like about it is that it hides dirt well, which is a major factor for me.

I have cactus grey also and I would say space white is a relatively suitable replacement, but I still don't like that Ford took away cactus grey.

space white does not look silver at all, it's almost a pearly white in bright sunlight and if it's cloudy or partially-lit night, it will look more grey.

I would also consider the color of the interior when choosing an exterior color. red, orange and green clash badly with the navy dash, and also with the lariat interior, but if you're getting a maverick with black seats, that makes these colors more palatable.

go space white , thats what i was originally purchasing , but there was a air bag recall on it and stop sale . i agree that they should of keep the grey , the azure grey just doesn't do it for me

I know cactus don't do well in Wisconsin winters. I have a garage space for mine.

it's a super weird name by Ford for that paint color because it's clearly *blue* and people might key on the 'grey' half of it... but it's nothing like the various other greys Ford offers: cactus grey, avalanche grey, carbonized metallic gray, magnetic gray, etc

agreed and i like the area 51 . i wish they would put antimatter blue on the maverick and ranger. i would buy that in a heartbeat

Space White looks very different than Oxford White (company car white) IMO

I have a space white maverick, its like a very light grey.

Originally I wanted a blue one, but they didn't have any in the trim, and turned down an eruption green, while it looked ok, a bit much for me.

I wasn't sure about Space White until I saw it in person and next to Oxford White. It's definitely greyer, probably close to Avalanche Grey (2023 Tremor only color), but with some metallic.
