Buzzing Noise Under Acceleration?

I have another sound question yet again. I am noticing what I can only describe as a buzzing from the engine when starting and accelerating. It does seem to kinda of quiet down after it warms up, but doesn’t go completely away. You can very much hear it with the window down. I’m just a newbie when it comes to these DI turbo engines that I don’t know what noises are “normal”. The truck drives fine and not having any dash lights or anything.

The buzzy noise might be just the high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) doing its thing. Its pretty noisy with this engine, and from what I researched this is normal! Mine is a bit noisy when cold as well as it tries to heat itself up, but I'm not worried. You should be fine!

We don't here a buzzing noise but when the engine is cold it definitely sounds "tractory". It reminds me of the New Holland TC40D I use at work. As it warms up it gets better but is still there.

I hear A light buzzy noise at low rpm’s, like when leaving a stop sign. Sounds normal to me and my Moms Lincoln Corsair has the same exact sound. Same engine. I don’t know if that is what you are referring to though!

Same here. Only had vehicle for three weeks. Buzzing at low speed and immediately stops if you take your foot off gas pedal. Also seems to start again when brake is applied. I thought it had something to do with the auto shutoff. I am going to deactivate tomorrow and try again to eliminate buzzing
