Then please enlighten us of the the turbo used in this vehicle.
Does the turbo have two different propellers in the intake and the exhaust to allow it to spin at two different speeds?
Since you have no dyno numbers to show your results vs just selling a kit that sounds cool please explain to this simpleton how a 3" larger pipe creates more back pressure to make the turbo spin faster to create more horsepower? It should be simple physics when it comes to turbos.

You are talking (I assume) about a different pressure. @Buschur is correct in saying that reducing the pressure after the turbo will increase power.

Don't waste your time. Look at the flow arrows on his turbo pic. This dude is just here to troll. None of what he's saying makes any sense, and now this marvel of modern forced induction... the reverse flow turbo.

Wow, missed that! I was wondering what the point was of his "illustration," as it added nothing to the conversation ... until now. 🤣 😂

Without changing all the other ports to 3” as well this will place
Strain on the turbo bushing.

The revolutions of each propeller in exhaust driving the intake propeller are the same! We don’t see a ratio mechanism in between the two. They are mated together at the hip. It gets real hot at that joint between the two.

Also to take advantage of this extra boost (after I/O ports are the same) updating the injectors will be needed to take this badassery upgrade a home run in any ball park 🤌.

Here it is folks! Our production 3" exhaust for the Maverick AWD.

The exhaust is built completely from 304 grade stainless steel, 100% mandrel bent, even the hangers are 304 stainless. This system will outlast the truck.

The system is substantially lighter than stock, uses the factory hangers and has more ground clearance than the smaller diameter factory exhaust.

This system will require you cut the factory exhaust behind the secondary catalytic converter and this then slides on and is clamped. Leaving the factory secondary cat in place makes this a NO DRONE exhaust, the tone/sound has been posted already in some of my other threads but it's really perfect if you don't like something overly loud.

The first picture is the factory exhaust on the truck for comparison to our 3", as you can see, we have substantially more ground clearance.

We decided not to copy the factory "tip" and have extended ours just slightly to keep the exhaust from being discharged directly under the truck bed.

Also a picture of the fixture to weld these up to make sure every system leaves here with perfect fitment.

The bender now has the approval to bend the rest of our order. They are bending just 3" for the next 6 weeks straight, so they are very busy. It could be up to 6 weeks before we have them here.

Pricing is going to come in at $779.

Ehhh.

not exactly the most groovy sounding, but given the powertrain…you had to work with what you had.

Sort of meh, but applaud you for bringing this to the masses.

different strokes for different folks

These comments/questions alone prove what I said in the first place, your understanding of turbo's is incorrect. The picture you posted with those kindergarten arrows is the absolute opposite of how it actually flows.

No where did I state the 3" system creates MORE back pressure. I do have a dyno, I have dyno tested every single product we have sold for the last 20+ years and I explained why it's hard to give back to back results/data with this platform.

Rather than helping, this individual is confusing the message. If it doesn’t work, you will loose money, and ruin the business you spent many years building. Best thing for anyone to do would be to not buy it if they don’t believe it will meet their needs.

Not to get political, but for the moment this is still a capitalist, free enterprise marketplace, so let the market decide if it is successful. It's an individuals choice to purchase, or not, no one is mandating that your product be purchased. . . YET🤪. . . hpdl

Getting closer by the day! Some time this month we will be getting all our 3" bend orders in. We've got a ton of exhausts we are waiting on to be bent.

When Thegriffin1313 said “propellers” absolutely all credibility was lost. A distraction to this thread and Forum
