Got mine ordered and intercooler in garage going to install at same time can't wait!!
I don’t have the instructions for the front mount done but have all the pics. I’ll try and get that done before the orders for each ship.

Just installed sounds great, about 30 min and fairly easy to do with some car ramps. Just waiting for a high flow downpipe now

We own a dyno and have dyne's the truck before after, however because of the stock exhaust needing to be cut it's impossible to do it as a good controlled test, same day, not unstrapping the truck etc. The truck is very limiting by the ECU, any time the truck makes more power, to a point anyway, the throttle is closed by the ECU to limit that power. So finding gains is tough from hard parts with the ECU constantly trying to keep the torque limited. The tuning unlocks this.
Yah, what I've found with most of these newer cars is that they are computer limited to perform the way they intended them to from factory. Probably get better performance gains through a tune than anything physical like the aftermarket exhausts. But of course that would mean worse gas mileage and potentially less reliability as well, so not sure if I should mess with that... The exhaust does sound kind of nice though. But I used to drive V8s and currently have a V6, so for me all of these 4 cylinders sound terrible, even though their actual performance might be good, I don't like the sound, but oh well, gas prices where they are I have to bite the bullet and downsize my engine, again, lol.

Another FWD here interested in a exhaust. Hopefully a company comes through with one at some point.
I’d need a truck to get in the lift.

Unfortunately another Florida guy here. From reading the Magnaflow post, it's a matter of hanger spacing.
I’d be glad to offer an exhaust but need a truck to fit it on.

Here it is folks! Our production 3" exhaust for the Maverick AWD.

The exhaust is built completely from 304 grade stainless steel, 100% mandrel bent, even the hangers are 304 stainless. This system will outlast the truck.

The system is substantially lighter than stock, uses the factory hangers and has more ground clearance than the smaller diameter factory exhaust.

This system will require you cut the factory exhaust behind the secondary catalytic converter and this then slides on and is clamped. Leaving the factory secondary cat in place makes this a NO DRONE exhaust, the tone/sound has been posted already in some of my other threads but it's really perfect if you don't like something overly loud.

The first picture is the factory exhaust on the truck for comparison to our 3", as you can see, we have substantially more ground clearance.

We decided not to copy the factory "tip" and have extended ours just slightly to keep the exhaust from being discharged directly under the truck bed.

Also a picture of the fixture to weld these up to make sure every system leaves here with perfect fitment.

The bender now has the approval to bend the rest of our order. They are bending just 3" for the next 6 weeks straight, so they are very busy. It could be up to 6 weeks before we have them here.

Pricing is going to come in at $779.

We are going to do the downpipes when the upgraded turbo gets here, so it's in the pipeline, just a waiting game for the compressor wheels to be machined.

Exhaust looks great. Any idea what the temps are like near the rearend housing with it being tucked up closer to the case?

No clue but not going to be an issue either, it's not "close" to anything with lube in it.

Sound clip from this morning. Cold start and a little rev'ing. This is the production exhaust like I've posted about PLUS the elimination of "that big round thing at the front of the cat back". We've replaced that "thing" with a 3" resonator.
Is the 3" resonator now an option for the production exhaust or was that something you added for your personal setup?

The production system leaves all the cats in place. I can send an additional resonator with the system, shoot me a PM.
