Is it worth investing in the extended warranty from Ford for 2.0 Eco AWD XL with tow package?

if it was 5 or 20 years ago I would say don’t get the extended warranty
but these days with All the new electronics they hsve
like backup cameras electronic door locks etc
to repair those it’s cost prohibitive
get the warranty

IMO, use the money you would spend on a warranty on scheduled maintenance. Maybe get a warranty if you are terrible about maintaining your vehicle. I bought a new 2005 F150 and had it for 16 years. I did the scheduled maintenance and never had to replace anything but tires and the battery. Same with my 2013 Toyota Prius. Only a battery.

Sure but a newer Ford truck " 10 speed " also engines "oil leaks " its a gamble
