Boost Gauge?

I don't have a vehicle that supports Android auto, but your question prompted me to research (as it would be nice to display it on that center stack display!). Apparently so:

I would like to have a boost gauge. My 1990 Ford probe GT had a factory gauge. Pretty much the only thing I liked about the car. We probably didn't get one because they're trying to lower cost.

OBDLink MX+ OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner and Obdlink app on an Apple phone works on my XL and the digital boost gauge does bring in some interesting results. note: you may end up driving to your destination a bit quicker then you plan.

I've since added a different mount from r3dcustoms.com. Still need to tweak it as it sits really flat and not angled to the driver so it's hard to see.

Been using it since day 1 of ownership. I like monitoring the engine, not just boost.

It's on the passenger side, goes into the intake manifold. R3dcustoms I believe is selling a kit to do it.

Its actually 7.5 and thats at idle.

Uh... why would you want this? The turbo is computer controlled and there's nothing you can do about what the instrument would tell you. Kind of like a tach on an automatic transmission vehicle....relatively useless.

Just one grumpy old guy's opinion...

Its nice to know what rough rpm range youre in when its spooling So you can kinda control how oten you engage it. Depends how crazy you wanna get with fuel efficiency
