When I got my '23 XL I had several comments about how much better calls sounded, but within a week mic quality became unusable again.
Something needs to be done, this has been reported by hundreds of people here on the forum. I love my Maverick but hate not being able to talk hands-free in a brand new vehicle!

Is the microphone the circle near driver left side head? It just pops out or need tool?It’s the fact that ford didn’t put any sound proofing around the Bluetooth microphone in the driver side A frame. I simply pulled my mic out and added some extra poly fill down in the hole and that helped tremendously with call clarity. I plan on getting some more sound proofing foam and really insulating/isolating the mic
