I ordered BAP specifically to avoid the truffle but I really didn't care about the black roof or stripes. Hopefully doesn't look too bad on carbon grey.
LIke the country song, "the whole worlds gone country", actually "the whole world has gone GREEN"!

How can you get them off, and why couldn't you opt out of them? I had to get the BAP to make the interior less ugly, but the stripes and black roof are awful.

The Hood Graphics for the 2025 Ford Maverick was supposed to look like this:

But as we have had some arrive I noticed that is not correct. Here is what they look like XLT versus Lariat. Sorry for the dirty vehicle but it just came in when I took it.

XLT

LARIAT

Where can I order the XLT hood stripes? How much and do they hold up in a high pressure car wash?
I have a 2022 XLT.

I never have figured out the BAP and to me it's the worst value today on a Maverick or any vehicle for that matter. $1600+ to take away bright wheels and emblems that look nice and probably cost as much or maybe more to add the chrome to them. As far as the interior i agree some design engineer at the factory should have thier ass kicked for bringing blue as a standard color in and force you to mix it with colors like red and green. The Grey's, blues, whites, and even the black it might be ok but the worst I've seen is the new flagship special green they just came out with. I actually saw it in person yesterday for the first time and I will say it's not as pukey as the internet shows but if you look at a 2024 brown/black next to it you say WHY, WHY, WHY, FORD!!! If forced i would still take it over paying $1600+ to get blah matte black wheels and a black interior that will be 10° hotter in the summer.
I started looking at a hybrid Maverick because they are lighter to tow behind our Mercedes Sprinter Class C Motorhome. Interior and exterior colors now have me looking at Ford Escapes and Lincoln Corsairs that are Hybrids AND actually true Plug-in Hybrids are available. No stop sells and you will find 50 Escapes to choose from for every 5 Mavericks on stock. Corsairs are kinda spendy though and the 24s had a computer software glitch that made them non-towable. Expensive lesson for consumers that bought them, added $5000 worth of tow equipment, and then discovered they won't go into tow mode. Lincoln keeps promising a fix since mid 2024 but nothing yet. Some are suing and getting buyback offers but thier tow equipment investment and some mileage discounts are gone. No reduced price offers to replace them with a 2025 so a lot of people becoming Lincoln Haters!!!

Thanks again for the info! Even though it's not what I wanted to hear.
The Lariat version will look really great on Space White, but for Oxford White it has to be the XLT version.
Agreed. I am waiting for my Space White Lariat with BAP.

Heat gun, and then peel them off. You might need some 3M adhesive remover too. Or any competent body shop could take them off. I wouldn't wat too long though. The longer they are on there, more chance of something going wrong.

First reason I didn’t go BAP, second was the black roof. So glad I saved myself $1700, the new truffle interior is sharp imo.
Went XLT luxury over BAP for those two reasons as well. Just hoping the interior isn't weird with Ruby Red.
