Hi Federico, yes I've been doing some research and for $2000 it looks to be all no brainer to step up fron XL to XLT. Now another $9000+ to go to a Lariat is a head scratcher. For a RV tow vehicle I'm thinking no. Add the Premiun pkg to the XLT and call it good!
On the contrary I have heard and I have said "Wow those rims really make that vehicle look sharp"!! But that's in 67 years so maybe that's the difference. 🤪
I haven't taken time to research it too close so I thought I would come to the forum and ask the experts. I think the XLT premium package is a waste, much better value to just step up to a Lariat but i might not want to spend that much.
That being said if a person is just wanting to order a...
I never have figured out the BAP and to me it's the worst value today on a Maverick or any vehicle for that matter. $1600+ to take away bright wheels and emblems that look nice and probably cost as much or maybe more to add the chrome to them. As far as the interior i agree some design engineer...
What is everyone seeing for a discount on a carryover 2024. The 2025 models are starting to show up everywhere and I'm not going to pay msrp for a year old model. Is $4000 under msrp possible? Looking for an Iconic Silver Lariat Hybrid only. Or a 2025 Rapid Red. Same specs, less discount of...
I disagree! If you walk away you win because some other dealer will want your business. AND it might teach that original dealer that bad news travels fast and others will walk too! That means quit treating customers like crap. My pet peeve is when they ask "What can we do to earn your business "...
I was trying to make a deal a few years back on a GMC in Reno NV. They had a great price advertised and it was speced exactly how I wanted it. When we got into negotiations I find they are trying to charge about $1950 over msrp for paint protection, interior protection, theft etching on the...
I'm guessing what they aren't liking is if your on a nav screen for instance you might have to switch back to a comfort screen to adjust temps, then to a media screen to set a radio station, and then back to your nav screen again. A lot of taking your eyes and hands off of driving when you could...
For those that like the Roadmaster baseplates but have the Blue Ox tow bar you can do this. I took both inserts, cut them, and welded them back together. I really like this because the Roadmaster inserts are way HD in comparison and I have heard that the Roadmaster baseplate fits the Maverick...
I cheat because of the weight of my tow vehicles. My Mini Cooper that I tow is barely over 3000 lbs and the Maverick is only going to be about 500 lbs more. I used to tow large pickup trucks and a heavy Cadillac Escalade behind full size diesel pushers and never used any braking systems. Seems...
