Best low cost aftermarket whole/half Rack & Tonneau Cover

Many of us will have "some time" before our Mavericks arrive, which might give us more options for aftermarket Racks, 1/2 Racks, or bed Covers.

Who has found a Rack which fits well with a cover at the same time? Features like ease of opening, closing, removing are great. My use will be kayaks, small sailboats. Haven't seen a cab roof rack option anywhere. I've got a tow hitch rack left over from my prior truck that might combine with a half rack.

Whose got one that they like? Whose got one on order?
