I bought the bedrug impact in anticipation that some day I will receive my Maverick. I figure when the side walls of the bed get scratched up enough then I can do a spray in liner.

Looks dandy. However, living where I do (and not doing much driving anymore) I'd be worried about the probability of insect infestation.

Mines still sitting in the box in the garage, Was on backorder and by the time it was delivered it was too cold to install.

My dealer pulled my Mav into the showroom so I could install the bed rug before I drove it for the first time.

I would recommend unrolling it and let it warm up and flatten out some. They you won't be fighting the curve when just unboxed. Easy to crease if you bend it too much.

I plan on unrolling it and leave it out in the basement for a while so it will flatten out. Thanks for the advice

The photo attached to the post has nothing. It is just the rug over a metal box.

No it isnt just carpeting, what looks like carpet is really polypropylene, essentially plastic that won’t absorb moisture. It also has 3/4” padding that matches the bed in shape so it gives you a flat surface on top.

I ordered the same was torn between the impact rug and the impact mat .The only reason I ordered the Impact mat as I beach fish and didnt want to have sand down in the rug, I ordered samples of both products from bedrug they shipped them free of charge quickly by calling customer service . The impact rug seems to be more cushiony and the impact mat is a little less . I plan to order the left ,right, and bulkhead sides of the drop in bed liner from Ford and add them on top of the impact bed mat BTW 10% of at manufacturer right now

I ordered the Bedrug impact mat from Realtruck. I felt that the cost was pretty reasonable in this day and age. I also ordered my Truxedo Truxport cover from them as well. Hope this helps.

I have the spray in bed... When I was putting on my tonneau cover the texture was chewing into my knees. Time to look for a bed mat. I like the way yours turned out!
