I figured out what the "problem" is. I was expecting to see Climate Settings between the "Slide to Turn On Your Vehicle" and "Connected Services", but it doesn't show up until after you turn your vehicle on. My bad.

Once I turn on the vehicle, I can change my heated steering wheel & heated seats settings.

I have App version 5.10.1 and used the app to start my truck this morning. The option(s) didn't appear for me after it started?

I'll monitor. Perhaps it takes a bit for the app to implement those options, or it's related to a permission I've not allowed?

I really would enjoy a pre-warmed seat on days like today, -4F this morning.

can you have it turn on heated seats and heated steering wheel without turning on vehicle? prob not, but I keep in garage a lot, would be neat.

I'll chime in here. My 25 hybrid, which I've had for all of a week now, has the same issue. It was -14 here a few days ago, so I definitely noticed.

Initially, the seats and steering wheel would not turn on with remote start, and were not on after starting either, despite setting them to Auto in the truck settings. This was true with both the app the key fob. At this point, to turn them on, I had to push the buttons on the screen once the truck was on.

Eventually I found the climate settings in the app, and set the seat and steering wheel to be on with remote start. Now, after using remote start with either the app or the fob, the steering wheel is toasty warm when I get in the truck. The seat is not, but turns on at 2 bars once I start the truck. I typically run the seat at 1 bar, and when I turn it on with the button on the screen it's at 3 bars, so it turning on at 2 bars must have something to do with the remote start. So I think it's kinda working, but it's not coming on at quite the right time.

It's not the biggest deal, since it warms up fairly fast after the truck is on, but it would be great if the seat would be warm right when I get it. Like it's supposed to be. I'm sure it's a software issue, I just hope ford fixes it soon. No one at my dealer has any idea how to fix this issue.

I just deleted and reinstalled the FordPass app. Now on Verizon 5.10.1. I remote started my truck, but the climate option still does not show up. I have a '24 Lariat.

Any clues on why some people have that option or how to get it ?

Also, -8 this morning in Wisconsin, warming up now +11. Time to go outside for my walk.

I'm sorry...............it wasn't always there that I recall, didn't even notice it until this morning. I have the hvac set to "last settings" in the truck for the remote start, but it hadn't been turning on the wheel and seats, I just noticed the climate settings on the app this morning.

Just tried on my app, and I don't have the additional settings.(2024 Lariat Hybrid)

I have a question do the climate control settings and such only show up on the app if you have the sync three or four screen in your car? I have a 2024 XLT but it does not have the sync radio setup.
