Area 51 feedback request

I saw it on a bronco in person and it doesnt really look like most of the pictures I have seen online. More of a slate color, it does seem to look better with alot of black accents. I had sort of a boring color ordered in carbonized, but my son chose area 51 after seeing it, gonna be his truck one day anyway so I changed it.

It's a great color, not as blue as many photos make you think. As far as color changing, I find that to be much more true with photo renditions rather than the real truck.

Mine looks blue in full sunlight but more of a blue gray in the shade. I like it very much. This is after had the front windows tinted to match the back ones.

95% of the photos are not accurate to what the color actually is. As mentioned earlier, it is a much darker slate blue/gray. When you saw it on the Bronco, you are correct that more black trim makes it look even darker, but it is still very different than almost all of the photos you will see. Just go look at a few more Broncos and Bronco Sports in A51 to get a real feel for it.

I knew as soon as I saw my Maverick I knew I made the right color choice. Its more blue-gray than blue in every light condition I have been in. A picture of the Maverick on the internet this summer was with this color & its what made me click on it to find out what it was. The only other color I considered was cactus gray.

Just took this yesterday at my local dealership. EB AWD XLT Lux 4k tri-fold $31,655

The roof is barely above the height of the F250's bed, lol.

It's a color that really doesn't show it's "true colors" in a photo. You have to see it in person. But this picture does give a good representation of how it will look in sun and shade. I was on the fence between A51 & Cactus Gray before seeing an A51 colored Bronco at the dealer. I made my choice at that moment. It's a great color.

I've seen it on a Bronco, and it looked good. However, the Bronco has a lot of black trim on it, which seems to help. The Maverick does not have that contrast.
That's why I'm wondering what Maverick owners with that color say.

Love the color. I also notice it "changes" color depending on the light. People stop me in parking lots to compliment the color

I also think it changes depending on the lighting. At first I did not like it but the more I looked at it the more it grew on me.

It is a little too dark looking in the shade or on an overcast day for me to say I love it.

The best looking Maverick I have seen is the Iconic Silver, Area 51 would be my second choice.

Data posted here a while back showed over 20% of orders were for A51 — the most popular color. I ordered it, too. I’m sure it will suffice.

I had originally ordered Area 51, but as soon as I saw that 20% of the orders were Area 51, I switched it, lol. Can't go with the crowd.

I have seen them one on the fender flares look great, I was nuts and just putthem on my 2019 f-150 STX ,looks good

I wasn't a big fan of it until I saw it in person. I have 2 mavericks on order and ended up changing one to area 51 and the other 1 to Cactus Gray. That's another color that you have to see in person the unperson to enjoy because it also changes in the light.

I really like my Area 51, but my 2nd Choice would have been the Cactus Gray. I saw a Bronco the other day in Cactus Gray and it really looked good.
