Speculation: Something else to consider is if your mailing address is 100% accurate to the USPS. I live in a newish neighborhood and I am still running into issues where my address is either not recognized or not in the format expected by the computer. If the COVP requires a valid address, there could be an error that needs to be manually corrected on Ford's end. The order would still be valid, but until that gets squared, there would be no confirmation email. Given the demand, that could take time, which is why scheduling won't actually take place for another month to iron those out. This was my very first Ford order. I already called my salesman and he said I'm supposed to be getting a confirmation email but haven't heard anything yet. It's been over 24 hrs. Just wanting some kind of reassurance my order has been accepted.. ugh![]()
If not for this forum, would you even know the confirmation email was a thing to worry about?
