Are Fleet Orders Slower / lower priority than Retail?

Does anyone know this information? Thinking about putting in a fleet order for an XLT just for the added few things that you can get without a lux package (power seat, back up sensors, DRL) but it isn't worth not getting a truck built. Can a fleet be the same priority code as a retail order or do they automatically default to something lower like a 20 like a stock order would?

Fleet orders are scheduled periodically along with Retail. If I remember the 2023 start was 2 weeks of fleet orders. I guess work out production bugs with fleet orders instead of retail.

Fleet and retail orders are from separate allocation pools, presumedly scheduled alongside each other, along with allocations for Canada and South America.
