Are Co pilot 360 sounds annoying?

Also the cross traffick and the Blindspot plus who knows what else makes for interesting departures from the grocery store pull in parking. Once the wife had a car in front of her slow down suddenly in a 55 mph zone with cruise. She immediately attempted to change lanes but the blind spot would not let her turn the steering and hit the brakes about 1/2 second before she did. All in all we like the 360 stuff now I am worried about driving something without it etc....

Yeah I can't seem to find a way to turn any sounds on. I thought that was the whole reason for having this system. Has anyone found a way to turn the sounds on?

Use your turn signals, then it will turn on.

the only sound it makes is when backing out with cross traffic turn on, everything else is quiet, i wish it would make a noise when someone is in my blind spot and i turn my signal on with assisted force steering to push me back in lane.

I have replied to post on the Co-Pilot 360 one other time. I have had my Maverick since 8/28/22. I have just under 3000 miles. In this short time it has warned and helped me avoid 2 front end accidents when 1 of the drivers was on my side of a 2 lane road. I jumped the shoulder to take evasive action. The 2nd was on Monday morning. I was on a 4 lane street with parking on both sides of the street. i was in the middle lane traveling at 40 MPH. A driver came out of the parking lane to my right from a stand still and cut cut to the left crossing 3 lanes of traffic. i was looking to the front of the Maverick because I was going to make a left turn in a block or two. I slammed on my brakes and missed the fool by a couple of feet. Without the warning and me hitting the brakes hard I am not sure who would have been t-boned him or me. I went by my dealers yesterday and recommended they push the benefits of the Co-Pilot 360 feature. with my experience I feel it is worth every penny and I will take all the noise with joy. I will never complain about the sounds. I hope none of you experience the near misses I have had. i am 77 and I appreciate all the advance notice I can get as I do not have the reaction time of a 16 year old. From reading about Mavericks being involved in accidents and the lack of parts every missed accident is a good accident.

No!!! I expected louder then the value of the Mercedes-Benz with plates of a lawyer I amost hit .,my co360 did flash its lights as I was changing lanes to hit it. So just paid for itself. I don’t know if the truck jerked back in its lane on its own or I instantly reacted to the co360 before seeing the actual MB c300.

I recall NOT hearing an alarm sound when I expected TO. So not annoying enough for me.
