My previous vehicle had the option of using the rear facing camera connected to the rear view mirror. I would be tempted to add a mod like that to a topped or racked Mav for better backing and towing. Could you wire that through your topper?
2025 Lariats have a button on the dash to activate the rearview and 360 cameras at any speed

I should clarify, the previous vehicle was an SUV with the rear facing camera placed much higher than the tailgate cam on the Mav. So, if I topped my Mav, I would want the camera up on the topper.

Currently, all I can see is boat when backing down the ramp.

Just had my ARE cap installed today!!! Also had bug deflector and window vents installed. Liking my 2025 Lariat Ecoboost in Ruby Red Metallic. 2,250 miles on it and runs great like it should. Very pleased. I do run 93 octane in it.

Mark, I also have a 2025 Maverick hybrid in the same color. I liked what I saw with your post so I went ahead and purchased an ARE cap for mine. The cap came in last week and I am having 2 problems. My dealer/installer and ARE have told me there is currently no wiring diagram or information regarding how to tie in the cap third brake light. Assuming your brake light works, do you by chance know where your installer tied the light in? And my cap leaks water very badly. Have you been able to keep your gear dry in your bed of your pickup after it was installed? I realize there will be water infiltration at the tailgate but mine leaks on both sides and the front too. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Unless you physically seal the gap to the cab at the top of the bed cap, you will have loads of water in the bed. After all, we get flooding downpours regularly don't we? It's not rocket science. I use PPF to physically cover the entire gap. And guess what? Bone dry 2 years later. Check my threads for pics. Yes, it's unsightly due to dust under the edges but 100% effective.
