It seems like everyone on here has the 17" wheels. I have the 18". No particular reason. However, I have figured out that tires are more difficult to find for them. What I'm wanting to figure out is what is the widest tire I can put on my rims? I have the Rough Country level kit. Basically the front is lifted 1.5" and 2" wheel spacers. I want to get some Falken Wilpeaks but not sure if I can go from my 225/60R18 to a 245/60R18. Any help or info would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I know you can use 255/55/18's. I have 235/65/18's which are the tallest that fit at stock height.

Wow. Ok. I didn't think it would go that wide. Did you have the 255s on before? Or know someone you did? Just curious how you found out the 255s would fit.

I didn't but several here did. I wanted to stay narrow for mileage.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, not looking to go too wide.

Any of the online tire places (like a sponsor here discount tire) actually show plus sizes that fit within spec

Much better selection in 18" if you step to 235/60 will be approx 29 lbs and 235/65 will be about 31 lbs (stock 225/60 oem primacy are 24 lbs and after market 225/60 primacy are about 26 lbs). Don't know about falkens other than my Tremor had them in 17" rode really well but I kept my two hybrids.
Note: if you want to keep weight down look at rotary spin wheels as the spinning during casting allows less metal (less weight by several lbs) to get the same load rating as a regular cast wheel.

My Lariat had the 18" rims, with a 2" lift. I put the Falken Wilpeaks 245/60R18 on and it was a nice fit, ride and look.

Did you get any rubbing? I just got the Falken Wildpeak at 245/60r18. They rub but I have 2 inch rim spacers. Wondering if I take the space of if that would stop the rubbing?!
