Do the powerbass ones have frequency filters? Stock speakers do from what I've read.

Got the front doors done but looking for some plug n play tweeters.

Currently have some alpine type s in the doors

Had a friend many years ago who had a speech defect. Every time I hear tweeter, I am reminded of him. He said one time that it "got tweeter and tweeter until it turned to tugar". Let's hope your tweeters keep tweeting. LOL.

I just put the Powerbass ones in yesterday, takes like 5 minutes, they come with adapters.

Was the tweeter in the B&O system 8ohm as well as the stock system tweeter? How about the PB replacement, 8ohms?

On the B&O system, with the exception of the center channel, all the speakers are 4-ohm.

I have the powerbass component set in mine and the tweeters are plug and play. Made things quite easy.

What powerbass set did you buy and what did you do to install the tweeters?

I did all Skar speakers in mine. Tx series 6.5 and 4 speakers in oem locations. Did the txt tweeters in dash. Actually broke them out of the Skar housing and they fit perfectly. Also added a Skar 6.5” enclosed subwoofer under the back driver side seat. Fit perfectly. Topped it off with ofc Skar 4 gauge amp kit to Skar 350.1 and pac lc2i pro so no remote wire was needed. Came out sounding amazing.
