Anybody’s maverick is built but just won’t ship?

I have a built date of 8/28. And as we stand today on the 26th of September it seems like it hasn’t yet left the plant. Still waiting to ship. Anybody else having this issue? Why is my maverick sitting on a lot for a whole month?

I wonder if yours is missing the Blue Oval name plate? Mine was built on 9/8 and shipped on 9/9. it arrived at the railyard in Atlanta last Friday & I'm hoping to get it next week.

Hybrid FE, RR, Lux Pkg, CoPilot 360 ordered 7/26/21 & built on 8/30/22. On 9/23 I received email from Ford that my Maverick was shipped & on it's way. I had a total of 16 push backs. Earliest ETA was in May & multiple ones after that & finally a built date of 8/30. ETA is 10/22 to 10/28. You should receive your notice hopefully maybe this evening or in the morning.

Built 8/25 and in the same boat. Ford telling me the estimated time to ship it is Oct 14th-20th. Meaning ETA november. Hopefully sooner than that and gets shipped here soon i’ve lost hope though.

Late to the party I see, bunch of us that were built in late august are still waiting on shipment…. Not sure about parts issues, but mine has literally no holds on it and nothing holding it up other than the carrier picking it up according to ford, my dealer on the other hand says it was shipped already and should be here early to mid October

Wow. That's not good to read. I'm built last week 9/23. Hybrid xl. The FMC email claims estimated for delivery (TX) between 10/13 - 10/18. 14 months since ordered btw.

Exact same story for me. Someone in another thread noted that those of us who have been waiting for the shipper generally appear to be in middle America. Not sure if that’s a solid theory - but it fits my situation (Nebraska).

Hey another thread about this! Add me to the list. Built 08/25. And yes, middle America/midwest, I'm located in Michigan. It seems like those built in the two weeks leading up to Labor Day are waiting to ship. According to Ford CS my Mav has been received by the carrier company, so I believe it's sitting at the railyard waiting to get moving.

Mine completed build on September 6. As of this morning, it still has not shipped. The excitement about getting a new truck has been dampened by my inability to plan a cross country trip. My wife retired in June (me last year) and we want to hit the road before winter weather. Aaahhh!

I believe you are correct. Almost everyone waiting form a relatively late August build has been in the midwest.

I must be the outlier then unless New Mexico is counted as middle/Midwest America

Same here. Northern Iowa. Was built 8/29. Still waiting. It's now been over a year since I placed my order. Ford management sucks!
