I would like to contribute, but my XLT only shows electric miles after I shut it off. I'm not going to write it down every time.

I usually get about 2/3 ratio, i have recorded a couple 80% in a 20m trip.

Usually the whole 700m tank i get right at 60%

Heres latest tank 58%, a highest tank mileage as well 721mpt.

So we talk about fuel economy usually in mpg. I would like to mix it up a little and do some comparisons that would find out how far we are pushing the hybrid and the returns in mileage.

So i am going to post electric miles per tank and the percentage of electric miles to total miles.

My electric miles are 401m, percentage is 57% on latest tank.

Looks good but if you calculate your fuel mileage the old fashioned way dividing the miles traveled by the gallons to refill the tank you'll find it's off by roughly 1.5 MPG Ford's computer if a little generous with the mileage. That being said 50.5 MPG is still pretty stellar

Yes, I could calculate it realistic, I can also skew those numbers, use the first click, or I can put 14.5g, I have not put 15g in yet, I know I can, and a couple others have put 16-17g.
I get chicken and won't usually put in more then 14g.

Here is the issue, to get that read out, you need the Lux package, and not everyone has it. So to many people, this post means nothing.

So you've tried to customize your Trip 1 or 2 and Electric Miles (or similar) isn't available in the list of what to display? (In Trip 1 or 2, press Menu on the steering wheel, scroll to Customize, check/uncheck scrolling down the list to choose up to 4 stats to show under each trip meter e.g. distance, time, fuel economy.)

Or do you not know you can customize it and are simply assuming that what you see is what you get?

The Lariat Lux has a different display than XLT.

Eagle doesnt the standard gauges have a total read out? I know i have the Lariat and its larger and different, however i believe you can change your screens to show this data as well?

Whats even worse is there is no display for the percentage of electric to total miles. Which is what this thread is all about, however theres no display for that percentage, what has to be done is to peck the numbers into a calculator and take those numbers and post them here.

That‘s what I said. Even the base cluster can be customized including the 1-4 items to display on each Trip meter, from a list of 5 or more. And I imagine one of those options on a hybrid is Electric Miles.
