If all else fails it could be a bad steering rack.

My wife's Focus would wander so it took constant corrections to stay in your lane. Turned out it was the electric steering. It was replaced under warranty and there was a recall.

Just sayin'.

OMG! (WTF!) Even an ALIGNMENT involves proprietary software? Seriously, I wonder what this involves. I can see commanding an ABS purge for service brakes, but wheel alignment?
They probably didn't have access to the specs yet. There isn't anything that requires software on the Mav to properly set camber and toe.

If this question was directed at me, yes. It was a fairly new vehicle.

Started wandering pretty much from the beginning.

Sorry about that sprcoop, yes it was & thank you!
The alignment shop swapped front to rear and it steers perfectly, bad tire as someone previously stated👍
Back to Ford for a warranty or wear these out and get some Michelin's.

For what it's worth, I see that total toe-in (both sides combined) is 0.25° ± 0.20° for the front axle.

Had similar issue with mine, pulled right on accelerationand braking, also while coasting. Dealer aligned and pulled harder to right. Took back and mechanic rode with me, said it was a radial drift. He rotated tire in an x pattern and now it drives straight as an arrow.

I know this an old post, but wanted to thank everyone. All of you were correct in the diagnosis. Someone recommended the Michelin Defender2's which I just had mounted today, a world of different, no wandering whatsoever, very quiet and handle well!

Anyways, thank you all for your time and input🙏🙏
