Not sure what you mean by ear covers.

For tonneau, are you looking for soft, hard roll-up, or tri-fold?

Can't speak for soft, lots of options available and some pretty cheap. If you're ok with higher price, I'd recommend the hard roll-up. Gives you more bed space when opened than a bi-fold and doesn't block the rear window as much like a tri-fold, but still gives a decent amount of security when closed. The Bakflip Revolver X4s and Truxedo Sentry are both great options, I went with the Sentry CT because I liked the matte look of the canvas top instead of shinier vinyl. I've read good reviews on both the Bakflip and Gator hard folding covers, can't speak to the soft folding ones.

For all weather floor mats, you probably can't go wrong with Weather tech or Husky for US made but they are more expensive. I went cheaper with Smartliner, fit great with high sides for coverage and protection and fairly durable. Note the hybrid has a different rear mat than the Ecoboost, make sure you get the correct one.

I went with a soft cover from realtruck.com and have been happy so far. If I were to do it over I would get a hard roll up cover. The soft cover is great but I would like the extra security.

For floor mats, i was always a weathertech fan. Someone here recommended tuxmat. 100 times nicer than weathertech. The fit is great.

If you want a retractable aluminum cover, the one from Flowkottu is pretty decent. I just took delivery of my Maverick yesterday and had the dealership install the cover before I picked it up. The latch is a little tight, but it seems like a nice cover so far!

Yeah the Tuxmat look nice. A lot better than the crappy ones that I got from Ford. They just dont seem to fit right along the sides. Oh well, for now I will live with them but it's a lesson for the future.

I bought the Sentry CT for my Ranger six years ago and I really, really regret it now. It leaks like a sieve.
It still looks and functions great, but between each slat cracks appeared.
For my Maverick, I ordered the Ford tri-fold hardtop.

Get a flip-up hard trifold. Its a lot stronger and is harder to break into. A soft tonneau can be opened with a pocket knife, and won't last as long as a hard trifold, especially in snow and ice. I had a Ford hard roll-up on an F150 and it wore 2 holes right through the cab sheet metal. Go aftermarket and don't get the Ford trifold, as its almost 2 times the price of the aftermarket ones. I ended up getting a Bison one for CDN$575 (US$400) including installation and taxes because I had one on a Ranger that outlasted the truck and I can stack things on it while loading.
For the floormats, again do not get the Ford ones. They do not go up the sides of the wells very far, so you get a lot of slop on the carpets. Look on Amazon for cheaper and better ones. Make sure that you get the ones for your model, as the Hybrid has a different rear floorpan.
Again, don't get the Ford spray-in bedliner, as it is not as good material and does not cover the edges up to the window and around the underside of the floor at the tailgate. I went with Line-X for CDN$750 (US$520) and am very happy with the result, but my dealer uses Rhino.
If you crawl into the bed a lot and don't haul dirt a lot, get a $30 thicker 6x9 front doormat from Home Depot or similar and cut it to put a softer mat in the bed. If you haul dirt, just pull it out for that trip. If you wreck it, there is enough material left to just make another. Make a piece for the tailgate too, and hold it with some body washers.
Get the $30 slow-open tailgate shock from any of a half-dozen suppliers. Its pretty classy and makes it easier for a small girl to open the bed. The Ford one is good, but is twice the price. You will need a different bottle-opener tie-down that is vertical-only, and that's about $30 on Amazon.
Get the pieces to make your own tiedown rails at the top of the bed. The Ford ones are a stupendously-high price. I got some O-track Rails shipped from Alberta for $68, complete with 4 moveable tiedowns. Some people have also made them using the Ford FiT instructions out of electrical conduit support brackets.
Get a dog cover for the rear seats, so that you can use them for groceries and other dry stuff. You won't believe how many times you use the back seat instead of the bed.
Get the box inserts fitted to the centre console. Its too deep to be truly useful otherwise.
Get it undercoated with a creeping oil product. I used Krown for CDN$140, but any of the Lanolin-based and Cosmoline-based products available in the U.S. are also good.
I see that you're in NY, so get a set of 1-peak ice-rated snow tires on steel rims with TPMS senders. Most people do not need AWD is they have decent snowtires, and they stop a huge amount better on ice. I also put a set of cheap black wheelcovers on to hide the steelies and stop snow from packing into the front.
Your truck is white, so get a tailgate lettering insert set online. I used the raised black letters, and they look really good on a white truck.
Good luck!

I am very happy with the Truxedo Sentry hard roll up tonneau cover. I also installed the Weathertech splash guards. I ordered the Ford Maverick floor mats.

I have Husky floor mats and a Gator tonneau cover both from Rough Country. Very pleased with them.
