Adding a subwoofer to XLT hybrid

I have the speakers hooked up to my rca line out converter and it has signal sensing for the remote turn-on lead for the amp. The problem is that it does NOT sense that there's no speaker input coming in and keeps the amp powered. This converter came directly out of my lexus where it was working perfectly fine.

Is there any accessory power inside the truck that i can tap into easily to turn my amp on and off. All the inside fuses seem to be hot. Thanks for the help in advance.

Where did you tap in? the rear speakers or the harness?

Did you check your ground of the line out converter? I'm assuming its one like this

I used this wire on my XL. Access the wire by the radio harness plug by removing the vent cover under the radio knobs.Hope this helps.
