Me too, but, I had the Splash (with flared fenders). It was perfect for my 2 kids at the time. Loved that truck.

In todays world with the mega size trucks, the maverick is small. But decades ago Ford had a true compact truck called Ford Courier.
The dimensiom comparison:
Maverick 199 in long and 83 in wide. Courier 175 in long and 70 in wide.

On Saturday I wash it and I have a nice clean car-truck, on Tuesday I load it with 1,300 lbs of crushed rock for my drive-way and I have a nice dirty truck-car. It serves my purpose.
