shouldn't be an acquisition fee if it's not a lease. There should be a Doc Fee, sales tax (if applicable) and Registration fees. I'd question it.

There is a $275 "plan fee " with the x plan.

Are you looking at the financing estimate on the build site? It defaults to leasing, and the acquisition fee should only apply to the leasing tab. Switch to Finance tab.
