Hmmmm I don't think that is true. Since I went through the trouble of getting a quote I just went ahead and purchased the covers. I immediately received a receipt in my inbox with no mention of a minimum amount needed.

I am using a Sovol SV01 Pro and I haven't fully dialed in the temp settings for this PETG, nor do I use a filament dryer so I did sand a little after I pulled it off of the bed because of stringing on this print.

The price is very good and printing with ABS should last a life time.

I printed these yesterday and they are a perfect fit. There was a thread a while back where someone had mentioned hauling some pea gravel and some got into their tailgate through these openings and it rattled every time they would close the tailgate. I found this file on a Facebook group with the link to Thingiverse. Printed in Black PETG and took right at an hour. Very practical print and I have not seen anything like this being sold aftermarket.

Check with local universities and libraries for a 3D printing service.

I had mine printed at the University of Arizona in Tucson. $1.40 for the print job, $2 for parking to pick up.

When I'm wrong, I'm wrong.

These are a nice, cheap, simple upgrade that will make it feel more finished (like my tailgate damper) and offer some moderate protection from errant material from the bed. Also plenty of smaller holes to let moisture and any water out.
