I'm not trusting that sale price, my 2 cents is they've included all the available offers and rebates into that discount #, then add a $998 "processing" fee back on.

I agree, i'm only llooking for 4 options, floor mats, rear sliding window, moon roof and tow package. That one does not have a rear sliding window. Mine is Carbonized Gray.

I made a verbal committment before I saw those other deals, I doubt they will come down, it's $43 out the door including sales tax title doc etc. It's a 5 1/2 hour deive from my house.

When my '25 got totaled I needed a replacement quickly and the closest I could find with the specs I wanted was 250 miles away. I found a rental car company (Enterprise) that had and office near me as well as just down the road from the dealer so rented a car, drove there. After we had the deal signed I had the salesman follow me to the rental place so I could drop off the car, drove him back to his dealership and drove home.

It seems with the employmee pricing now gone the best price I can find is $42,300 for $39,800, plus $200 doc, taxes and title. It's 5 hours away though. My dealers here either don't have them or won't come down but $1,500 hundred max, they won't match the price.

They claim "no haggle pricing" and you can buy online. I have not dealt with that particular dealer. I know the dealer I bought from in 2014, which recently was sold, started adding the protection package at $1000 plus some other dealer BS. When I was shopping for the Maverick they had 1 I liked and said I would not pay for dealer added BS. The sales person who I have known since 2014 whispered and said the GM would NOT take the added fees off the price. Could be why it got sold but the new owner is following the same path. I went 25 miles to a dealer who advertises NO DEALER added options or fees.

Purchased a 2026 Maverick Lariat from Mulinax Ford, Apopka, FL about 3 months ago. Upfront pricing and no dealers or hidden fees. Second vehicle I've purchased from them. See attached. This is exactly what I paid out the door.

Fellow Hoosier? Have you tried Currie Motors Ford of Valparaiso, Indiana? They also have a dealership in Frankfort, Indiana. Purchased my 24 Lariat AWD 2.0L ECO at Currie in Valpo in 2024 from dealer inventory for $37,000!

Go to Visor.vin and do a search. I've seen 2026 Lariats for less than $42,300 there. It is free and there is a link to the dealership website so you can usually see the window sticker.
I’ve never seen a Lariat above $41,000 anywhere.

I bought mine from Sheehy Gaithersburg, MD. They dropped all of the dealer BS fees adds, and just added the dealer processing fee ($798) that they wouldn't budge on. The problem I had was in December, it was the only hybrid Mav in the DC/Baltimore/Harrisburg area that had a Lariat in carbonized grey metallic, with BAP, 4K tow, and sunroof so that lessened my "walk out the door" leverage.
They did sneak a $40 electronic filing fee that I didn't catch at the time because they had one of those electronic signing tables and the finance dude blew by it and I missed it. They're a dealer that gives all the docs on a USB when done so that gives them (or anyone) opportunity to be sneaky if they so desire.

Total WITH tax tag and title included on my new 2026 AWD Ecoboost Lariat was
$39,600

I passed, took the Tremor. After the Employee discount and $750 Customer loyalty for buying my third vehicle from this dealer
I had no extra out of pocket.

They took my 39,600 and handed me the keys to my badass 2026 Tremor with all the toys.
Including the wonderful B&O and the better sound package.

Wife named it, ‘Thor’

Looks very nice. I like the tires on it; Goodyear Territory R/T All Terrain.

I told my dealer what I wanted and they found one in TN...waited 4 extra days to get it. Love it!

I am going to do the same thing, rent a car drive to Ohio, 5 hours for me .
