Great question. I just reached out to the dealer again and they confirmed I'm still sitting at priority 10 and 11. They said it goes to 2 once it is actually scheduled.

The 10 is for the rollover from last year and the 11 is for the new order this year.
It is my understanding that the orders headed to Priority 2 are the cancelled orders that had 2022 VINs. That group is first in line, followed by those, like you, who were forced to reorder a 23MY, then followed by the September new grouping.

BUT, since the cancelled orders have not yet been allowed to re-order, it is hard telling when you will get your VIN. Cancelled orders are expected to be entered shortly.

I have a vin that is being rolled over to a 2023. When I use the tracker it says I will be scheduled the first available week

Both my and my mothers orders still say unscheduled - clean.

they are both hybrid XLT with hitch and 360. Mine has the outlet.

Is yours a Hybrid? I'm wondering if Ford punted the MY23 Hybrid orders knowing they have to get the MY22 cancelations in first. I'd be interested to see if any of those who were "incompatible" were ecoboost.

Edit: @commadorebob this is the post i was thinking of. I assume it was EB not EV.

Interesting, for MY22 most people's priority went to 2 before they were scheduled. There were many people that stayed at priority 2 for months before they actually got scheduled.

I just did a chat on the Ford website and was told my loaded '23 Lariat, bumped from a '22, has an error.

The exact wording from ford chat:
"Your Maverick order is in order processing. The order contains a compatibility error and cannot be scheduled until the error is corrected. You need to contact your selling dealership to get this resolved."

Oddly enough, I checked on my son's Base XL Hybrid (with rubber floormats as the only add-on) and it also has the same 'compatibility error.'

Does anyone have any idea why? My Lariat is loaded (Eco, Black Edition, Lux, 360, 4K) so I could almost see why there might be something considering you can't do the Black with Tremor or FX4...I thought maybe Ford determined you couldn't do Black and 4K, or some other silly conflict.

I reached out to my dealer but haven't heard back. Is anyone else getting that error on their order?
I think it was just a glitch in vehicle visibility yesterday (which is where I assume that the chat people get their info form as well). All of our dealership's Maverick orders had that compatibility error yesterday as well. Today they are all back to "unscheduled - clean".. Nothing to worry about.....well nothing extra to worry about... unfortunately, the usual worries still apply!

What are forums but a place to worry needlessly?

Good afternoon, I called yesterday and was having the same issue. Called the dealer and they couldn’t find any problems with it. Called again today and it was unscheduled clean. So like the other person said, must have been a glitch in the system.
