Contacted Ford Marketing on 6/14 for order status Agent order was still listed and provide VIN and production date of 8/1 on 6/18 received Email from Ford with my Vin and build date of 6/27 How in this day no one at Ford knows what is happening

Hope I am wrong, but I found the call center and chat room were a few days ahead of the Emails. Things change fast in the Ford world. Usually, not for the better.
