2025 Maverick XLT - USB port problems

Have any of you had problems with your USB ports, both the USB-C and the older port? For some reason, mine have stopped working. The ports in the back seat still work, but not the ones in the driver's area. Thanks in advance. Take care.

Could be. Was close to Ford dealership so I’m having them check it. WITH NO BOOK in the truck, I’m not certain where to even LOOK for the fuses!!! I’m nearly 76 and I’ve NEVER had a vehicle that didn’t come with a book in the glovebox!!!

It was the front media hub. They said others have had the same problem. Of course… the part is back ordered. Oh well… this too, shall pass.

I had that problem earlier this week. The sound system couldn't read one of my flash drives. I have had a bad flash drive in the past so I took them in the house and checked them in my computer. They were good so back to the Mav and now they are working again. So I assume a loose connection, maybe??? Let us know what you learn.

My '22 XL has a flakey "A" connector. I had my Ottocast Carplay adapter connected to it and every time I hit a pothole the adapter would cutout and restart. Changed to "C" connector and have a solid connection. I guess I could have just avoided potholes but here in PA, that's nearly impossible.

No, both of the USB ports have been working… then they just stopped. The rear ports in the back seat area work. I plugged in a cigarette-lighter adapter, and it works… which is good since my wife still has the older USB iPhone port.

Will post again when the part comes in.
