2025 Maverick XLT SYNC 4 Question

Been trying to find something about the ON DEMAND SCREEN on the SYNC 4 system and found mostly nothing that tells you how to do anything for changing items. The ON DEMAND SCREEN on the right side of the display has four windows with different information (ex: phone) but no where is there anything on how to change those windows. Anybody have any idea on how to do this?

So my Lariat, you just use the right toggle up or down.

Trip 1, Trip 2, real time mileage, eco coach and one other I can't remember. Is that what you are talking about?

Yes that is what I am talking about. But I want to change one or more of those screens to display something else. No instructions anywhere on how to change them. First Radio on a new vehicle that I have had that has no information in the manual on how to change things. Very frustrating.

I get frustrated when using Car Play, - Waze, podcasts and want to get back to the radio. I just hit the listen button, and say "Sirius radio". then I have the radio!

Umm, u should be able to tap whats playing then tap source to change?

Yes, you would think so. But the answer is no. You can swip to change one of the preselected screens, not able to change them.

Hmmm. I am guessing they are pre-programmed and can't be changed. I haven't studied the manual but I haven't seen a way to change what they display other than the presets.

I was also thinking you meant the one area on the main screen where the speedo is.

I disabled the Ford Voice command thing so I can't for the life of me figure out how to switch to the radio when I'm connected to Android auto.

Today, I hit the home button on the upper left, and it took me to a screw where I could select the radio. It remains to be seen if it’s consistent!

Are you talking about the screen in the center or the dashboard behind the steering wheel....or the screen in the Center of the truck above the radio. Sound like you guys were talking about two different views the way I read it.

I did the same and never got to a place where I could select audio source. I know it has to be there somewhere, though.

Figured it out, just have to tap the section with the Android Auto icon on the home screen to select the source.
