Prefer to keep it simple.
Took my 2025, xlt, hybrid AWD in hard packed snow, did two attempts, one with traction control off, and one with it on
Traction control off... pushed throttle to floor, vehicle kind of crabbed walked to right, then got traction and went straight.
Traction control on... pushed throttle to floor, tires broke loose for a moment, then traction control took over, and I went in straight line.
Im sure a set of true winter tires would have been a game changer. Just nice to know the control and traction is there
