Thank you! Now it makes sense.Ecoboost has 16.5 gallon tank, hybrid has 13.8 gallon.
Only one problem with my 25 hybrid lariat is if I did the fill up at 1/4 tank I’d be filling up every 250-300 miles. That’s all I get out of the top 3/4 of a tank according to the gauge I’ll get to 1/4 tank left and DTE will show 250 miles or more to empty. I took a 1200 mile trip in my 25 hybrid just a few days after buying it and was really concerned after I saw gas guage dropping an 1/8 tank after only 40-50 and another 1/8 by time I reached 100 miles and continued at same pace for first 3/4 tank then do 150 miles on the next 1/8 and still showed 100 miles to empty. My wife’s 24 hybrid’s guage is way more accurate. I actually like the 24’s instrument cluster better than the 25.used to be and still do it here ... was never go below a quarter tank. Watching threads where people try to go to the last drop are funny to me ... What's that prove? You do not have to empty a tank to figure gas milage and where i live power goes out enough not to be the one stuck out of gas. Range will always be different depending on conditions.
Cheers
