A Rattle?
Hmm. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a complaint about a Maverick rattling. My ’24 is as silent as a Rolls Royce on the inside, even when driving down gravel roads. I have to keep my radio turned up just to keep myself awake.
Your issue seems rather odd to me. Have you taken it into the dealership and demanded they fix it yet? Maybe the 9 volt battery inside the touch screen is just loose and rattling around. I would take it apart myself and check that before I took it to the dealer’s service department, since that would be an easy fix.

Where would I look to find a 9 volt battery on my Touch screen?

My 2024 dash had a rattle in it. You could hold your hand against it and it would stop, until you let go. I told Ford about it and was told they had a bulletin on it. I had to schedule an appointment and drop it of so they could test drive it to make sure it was the truck, and not something I had left in the console or glove box making the noise. After several hours, I called to see if I could come pick it up. When I picked it up, the service adviser said they drove it less than 50 feet and determined it was in fact an issue with the truck. Duh! Then they had to order parts (Pieces of cut foam) to install. They had to pull the whole dash out, glue foam pieces in, and then reassemble it. At least it doesn't rattle anymore.

Turn the volume up.

Seriously, I've never cared for a rattle, I haven't noticed it yet

wow, glad ford and your dealer got it fixed for you!!! this forum is full of rattle complaints. "remove the whole dash out" one would think ford would have that piece cut foam in place during manufacturing - imagine how much they have paid dealers for years now to fix rattles
