Good morning. I see this has been posted many times and I still have not figured out the rattle.
THIS IS NOT THE DASH RATTLE WHEN DRIVING DOWN A BUMPY ROAD. I have heard that in a friends previous year Maverick.
2024 XLT 2.0L Ecoboost. This occurs when driving around the 85km/h. Sometimes more intense than others. Sounds like right passenger side. Very hard to pinpoint.
I have included a video of the sound.

Dash rattle coming from where passenger a-pillar meets dash. Lots of posts and videos that highlight the fix.

four threads, four messages, dash rattles
Yes it is. First Rattle was on 23 XLT. The bumpy road rattle. Didn’t bother getting it looked at because had 24 on order.
2nd on New 24 XLT. vibration when accelerating and hitting the 2000 rpm mark. Ended up being fuel lines rubbing against another part of the engine. Ford
Dealer inspected for west then wrapped with foam and tape. Problem solved. Dealership warrany issue.
Now this annoying rattle from the dash when hitting the 85kmh mark.
So not sure what your point is.

My right side dash rattle was the speaker grills next to the right A pillar. I solved it with foam tape wedged into the small gap. Good luck finding your rattles!
