2024 Black Ford Maverick painted Steelies

Painted Steelies turned out great! Not sure if I should lower on Springs, Currently Sport Steeda lowering springs with 245/65r17 tires. Going for a pro touring styled truck! Suggestions?

Just an opinion, but it might look better with all the wheel painted black.
You can add a snap in chrome trim ring if you want a little accent.

I've debated with myself painting my steelies, but have decided that the full chrome wheel is ok.
Maybe some day I will upgrade the wheels to mags. Until then it is ok.

That’s a great idea, never even thought about that. It probably would have been easier to paint too. I had to mask off the rim part of the wheel. Thanks for sharing!

They look great, professionally done. What paint did you use and how was it applied, doesn't look like from a spray can?

I use the 4k raptor gloss black spay can and thanks I just took my time and made sure to get even coats. 2 cans got me 4 coats on each wheel.

The overall look of the truck is great, imo. I am not one for low ride, but yours has a classy simple look, which to me looks great. Good job!!!
