@fordvideoguy was spot on on many (if not all) of the twelve points.

My list includes:

-XL Convenience package with cruise control and SYNC 3
-standard on all trims, 60/40 rear seat back and seat cushion
-GOAT mode memory function
-start/stop, on/off button
-bed utility package is a home run idea
-cold weather package on XLT and lariat only with floor mats, heated steering wheel and front seats
-fog lights on the FX4 package is another home run
-sport appearance package is a grand slam
-SiriusXM on the XLT as part of a technology package with Sync3, CP360 and navigation call it a scaled down version of a luxury package

@fordvideoguy really put together an outstanding presentation of what YT subscribers and members only have been talking about for months. The timing is right and the opportunity to evolve and enhance the model and it's trims is between now and the publishing date of the MY23 ordering guide.

-A better factory radio upgrade than the current B&O package.
-Maverick ST
-Dual Clutch Tranny
-Manual Option
-The option to have the fully autonomous driving that some of the new F-150's have. (is it called blue cruise?)
-Higher end dash and door materials on the Lariat trims
-Fully digital display on the dash
-Panoramic Sunroof.
-Ventilated seats
-PHEV maverick
-Fog light option or tow hooks
-Rain sensitive windshield wipers
-360 degree cameras.
-Larger screen
-Built in hard tonneu cover like the Santa Cruze has.
-under bed storage like the SC and Honda Ridgeline
-stripper pole in bed of truck.

I know all of this is just wishful thinking but maybe on the next gen we'll see some of this stuff.

Rear seat delete. Better yet, an extended cab. Though much as I want that, I can see how it would be at the bottom of Ford's list. Because not all of us need 4 seats.
I'll go further and say an extended cab version (no rear seats) on the XL only with a longer bed to entice fleet orders.

I really have zero issue with the B&0. It's miles better than the HK system my limited outback had. Surround mode sounds better than stereo.

While all the things you mentioned would be dope.....I can see the 45-50k price tag attached to it aswell

Oh the price would be much higher for sure lol.

Yeah, I really don't have issues with the B&O either, I'm just always wanting more.

I do think a panoramic sunroof in this little truck would be amazing though!

I would incorporate a lot of your ideas on a Platinum, ST or Tremor trim and/or package. It would rival the higher end trims on the Ridgeline and Santa Cruz for luxury truck fans.

That's a good idea. A whole other trim level for folks who want a luxury small truck would be great!

Thats the reason why I didn't get one in my build. Being 6'6" non pano moon roof was a meh for a headroom sacrifice.

But I got mine with a plan and college rebate so I'm biased in the value of my purchase. The split bench and vented seats would have been great though.

I agree with the 60/40 seats, fog lights, and sync 3

I would like

- better paint (can we get a clear coat?)
- better radio
- stronger interior plastics -at least in the front area on common wear spots)
- AWD hybrid
- 4k tow hybrid (pipe dream?)
- PHEV (dream big, maybe the larger battery can support 4k tow?)

that is all I want. That said, that all adds cost and I’m good with cheap as f&$@

I agree with most of the points. Someone else mentioned AWD Hybrid. It would be nice but not sure how that would impact gas mileage. Definitely breaking up the Lux package. I wanted some of the items but could have gotten the SIBL done after I received the truck. Blind Spot Monitoring should be standard on all vehicles across the board.

Remembering what setting you had it in the last time (Eco, Sport, etc.) you drove would be nice. Toyota has been pulling this off for years.

I don't know, I'd prefer navigation through Android Auto because guess what? It's always up to date. Unless they've gone to over the air updates for navigation, I think it's something they can skip.

I don't see Ford going to keeping the drive mode the same as when you shut off the car. On the Maverick, I don't change it. On my Mustang, I've gotten used to setting it in sport mode every time I start the car up. I can see Ford being stubborn with this and not changing it.

Our 2019 RAV4 comes standard with AWD. The mileage (EPA) is about the same as the Mav, but the RAV4 has a bigger battery: 1.6 kWh vs. 1.1 in the Mav.
