It also would depend on the roads you travel. More gravel roads or dirt trails expect more chips. Also interstate highways with chip up any car because of the grit and small aggregate thrown up by semis.

Yup,we do live on a gravel road in the country and our Michigan truck sits outside all the time but the paste wax helps.

My 2022 is still looking good. It gets at least weekly car washes with sealants. The windshield on the other hand, it's got plenty of chips.

After 3 years and 50K miles I want to just say this vehicle has the worst paint of any vehicle I have ever owned (Alto Blue). Literally every time I go to wash it I notice a new paint chip. The only thing that has prevented me from trading it in on a Bronco is that that they probably use the same paint.

My 22 oxy white is still perfect.

Gtechniq CSL topped with EXO. I use the C2 as a maintenance protection product every few months and have washed with various different products/brands (Gtechniq, Gyeon, Bilt Hamber, Sonax to name a few).
